Effective immediately, all requests for Starting/Ending Service, Letter of Connect, and Leak Adjustments must be submitted electronically through the Berkeley County’s OneBerkeley Portal.
How to Submit a Request:
- Visit the Berkeley County’s OneBerkeley Portal: portal.berkeleycountysc.gov/login/
- Register or Sign In: Create an account if you don’t already have one.
- Verify Your Contact Information: Confirm your email and phone number.
- Access the Request Form: To find the Berkeley County Water and Sanitation request form, click the button on the left side of the dashboard. If you’re using a phone, tap the “I want to…” button to access it.
- Complete and Submit: Fill out the form, and a representative will process your request within 1-3 business days.
