For questions about availability of water and/or sewer in your area, please email bcws.eng@berkeleycountysc.gov.
For Developers requesting availability (not for building permits), please email bcws.eng@berkeleycountysc.gov and include the following information in your email:
- Owner/Developer Name, Company, and Complete Address
- Project Name, if applicable
- What will be on this site
- Square foot of building/complete number of apartments/condos/townhomes/houses and possible estimated flow
- If the parcel will be subdivided
- Total acreage of the development
