We ARE LIVE with our New Customer Portal
We are excited to announce that we are updating our Online Payment System and Customer Portal through a partnership with Paystar.
Things to Note
- Customers set up with Drafts by BCWS will continue.
- Customers with Paperless Billing in our previous portal were migrated over to the Paystar system as Paperless.
- Those currently using AutoPay set up WILL need to set up AutoPay again in Paystar- due to privacy issues, this information could not be migrated.
- After two weeks, the initial Paystar onboarding link will expire, but you have the ability to request a new link via email.
- No costs to sign up or to use.
- No credit card fees.
- Not required to use.
